The KT Solus was designed for pure speed and performance without sacrificing control, glide, or everyday usability. Developed by Kane de Wilde and proven in top level competition including the Koa Kai Championship, the Solus was created as an alternative to extreme high aspect race foils, delivering exceptional efficiency while remaining intuitive, playful, and manageable in real world conditions.

Rather than chasing maximum span and ultra technical handling, the Solus focuses on balanced performance through a refined 14 aspect ratio platform shared across the entire range. Combined with an advanced foil section design, it delivers incredible speed, effortless acceleration, and impressive glide while feeling smaller, more agile, and easier to ride than its surface area would suggest.

The Solus excels in open ocean conditions, downwind runs, wingfoil racing, and high speed freeride sessions. Stable, efficient, and highly adaptable, it rewards smooth and efficient riding while remaining accessible for intermediate and advanced riders looking for performance without compromise.

At the heart of the design is a reflexed center section that reduces pitch tension between the front and rear wings, allowing the foil to run shorter fuselages and smaller stabilizers with lower drag and improved stability. Toward the tips, the profile becomes thinner and more reactive, improving carving ability, ventilation resistance, and overall maneuverability without losing control at speed.

The result is a foil that feels fast, composed, and incredibly connected underfoot, turning every session into longer, smoother, and more efficient runs.

The KT Solus features a refined moderately high aspect outline with controlled span and a progressive taper toward the tips, creating the perfect balance between glide, maneuverability, and stability. Its advanced foil section improves efficiency and acceleration while maintaining predictable handling and smooth rail to rail transitions.

The reflexed center section reduces drag and pitch sensitivity, allowing riders to use smaller stabilizers and shorter fuselages while preserving excellent control and stability across a wide speed range. Thinner tips with increased camber improve turning precision, responsiveness, and ventilation resistance, creating a foil that remains composed even in rough water or aggressive carving situations.

Built for real world performance rather than pure race numbers, the Solus combines high speed capability with intuitive handling and exceptional usability across a variety of disciplines and conditions.

Protective wing covers are included for safe transport and storage.
