The Fusion 860 Battery delivers long-range power, exceptional efficiency, and intelligent energy management — offering 40% more thrust and double the runtime of a MAX Power Battery. Built on a higher-voltage 43V architecture with 860Wh of capacity, it unlocks hour-plus to multi-hour sessions in a compact, streamlined, hydrodynamic form.
Its integrated one-piece molded construction combines the battery and nose cone into a single sealed unit, improving durability, water flow, and overall balance by positioning weight directly over the foil’s center of lift.
The onboard Bluetooth Intelligent BMS communicates seamlessly with the V3 Controller, providing precise percentage readings and real-time status updates. Through the Foil Drive App, riders can name each battery, monitor long-term health, and check live State of Charge (SoC) — even alongside surf-camera control for total hands-free convenience.
A refined internal thermal management system maintains stable temperatures and ensures consistent power delivery across the full discharge cycle, giving the Fusion 860 its smooth, predictable thrust feel from start to finish.
Charging and battery care have been simplified. The included Battery Caddy protects the unit during transport and can automatically discharge the battery to ideal storage levels. Use the built-in heatsink for passive discharge, or accelerate the process via the USB-A and USB-C ports to charge a phone, laptop, or Foil Drive controller.
The Fusion 860 requires the dedicated 43V Charger (included with all Fusion systems) and averages a 1.45-hour charge time. Storage Mode allows you to stop charging at the recommended 30–60% SoC to maximize long-term battery health.
The Fusion 860 Battery is built for riders seeking extended sessions, reliable power, and maximum versatility — the ultimate high-capacity upgrade for the Fusion ecosystem.
