The Armstrong Alloy Fuselage features a distinctive hexagonal profile design, providing exceptional structural rigidity while maintaining a lightweight and highly modular architecture. This shape enhances strength and stiffness while simplifying front wing changes and system adjustments.

Constructed from high-quality 6061 and 7075 aerospace-grade aluminum, the fuselage delivers an excellent strength-to-weight ratio and outstanding resistance to long-term fatigue. Its robust construction ensures reliable performance session after session, even under demanding conditions.

Designed as part of the Armstrong Alloy System, the fuselage is fully compatible with all Armstrong front wings and stabilizers, allowing riders to customize and upgrade their foil setup without limitations. This versatility makes it an ideal platform for progression across wingfoil, surf foil, wake, foil assist, and downwind disciplines.

Inspired by the same engineering principles used throughout Armstrong’s premium foil range, the Alloy System benefits from precision machining, optimized load paths, and meticulous attention to detail, creating a foil platform that remains stable, efficient, and highly durable.

For long-term maintenance and maximum durability, Armstrong recommends regular rinsing with fresh water and the application of Teflon grease on all mounting hardware and connections to minimize corrosion and ensure smooth assembly over time.
